Post Care Instructions
-
Do not wash your scalp for at least 3 days after the procedure to allow the pigments to settle properly.
-
Avoid touching, scratching, or picking at your scalp to prevent infection and pigment disruption.
-
Refrain from activities that cause excessive sweating, such as intense workouts or saunas.
-
Keep your scalp protected from direct sunlight. Wear a hat if you need to go outside.
-
Do not shave your scalp during this period to avoid irritating the treated area.
-
After 3 days, you can gently wash your scalp with lukewarm water and a mild, fragrance-free shampoo. Pat dry with a clean towel; do not rub.
-
Start applying a light, non-comedogenic moisturizer to keep your scalp hydrated. Avoid heavy or oily products.
-
Continue to protect your scalp from the sun. If you must be outside, wear a hat or apply a high-SPF sunscreen.
-
Avoid using styling products such as gels, sprays, or waxes until the treated area is fully healed.
-
You can resume shaving your scalp, but use an electric shaver to minimize irritation. Avoid using a razor for at least 10-14 days post-procedure.
-
You can return to your regular washing routine, but continue using gentle, non-abrasive shampoos and products.
-
Long-term sun protection is crucial. Prolonged exposure can fade the pigments. Always wear a hat or use sunscreen with at least SPF 30 when exposed to the sun.
-
Try to avoid swimming in chlorinated pools for at least 30 days post-procedure, as chlorine can affect the pigments.
